These gas masks are designed to replicate the type of gas mask civilians used during World War 2. They are predominantly designed to be used by children for 'dressing up' and there is a cardboard gas mask that can be donned for added authenticity. The boxes, being excellent copies of the original can also be used as a prop to be carried by both adults and children alike.

 

They are supplied as a kit, with a cardboard cut-out gas mask. They have been re-created using an original gas mask box as a reference and so the size, shape and label is as authentic as you can get.  The box comes in 3 ready cut out parts (2 sections for the box itself and 1 internal piece to hold the cardboard gas mask). These would need glueing and assembling. Full instructions are included. Also include is a luggage label for the name and address of your evacuee to be written onto - and enough string for the luggage label, the gasmask and the gas mask box carrying strap. The box is made from 350gsm card and the mask from 300gsm card.
